Project Description

Ottawa Courthouse Controls BAS Renewal:

• Remove the siemens apogee bas platform and replace with open protocol BACnet/Ip bas platform, centered on Niagara n4 framework.Provide and install dedicated bas network with managed switches.
• Replace existing vav controller with new controller and integrate into new controller

 

Install Sprinkler Heat Trace:

• The intent of this project is to install a self-regulating heat tape on the sprinkler lines in (6) stairwell pressurization fan rooms and (1) service elevator pressurization fan  room in the Ottawa Courthouse
• Include all heat trace controllers, breakers, circuits, conduits, cabling, panels, hardware connections, fire alarm relay modules, BAS controllers, sprinkler work, etc., as noted in consultant documents.
• Sprinkler heat trace work to be done after completion of BAS renewal work.
