Project Description

Scope of Work:

Project is to renovate parts of the ground floor and second floor of the building. Work on the ground floor includes modifying the main office, upgrade the office kitchenette and to add a music classroom practice rooms. Work on the 2nd floor includes renovate the staff room and mental health area to provide new washrooms, guidance offices, collaboration room with pods, and renovate a large classroom to create a classroom and photography classroom.

Prequalified Trades Include: Flooring, Mechanical, Electrical, & Data Cabling.

Scheduled Dates:

Project will be completed in Phases. Refer to drawings for description and extent of
phases:

Phase 1: (Ground Floor Work) – Mobilization on site 2 July 2025. Occupancy for 15 August 2025.

Phase 2: (Ground Floor Work) – Occupancy for 1 September 2025. Completion and demobilization for 15 October 2025.

Phase 3 (Second Floor Work) – Mobilization 2 July 2026. Partial occupancy for 1 September 2026.

Phase 4 (Second Floor Work) – Final occupancy 1 November 2026.

Total Completion: January 2027
